I have obtained the domain

http://www.sonoran-consulting-and-fin...

I would like to have it point my current website at Yola but to the welcome to our website page rather than the landing or index page.

would you please provide me with the directions to point the domain located at godaddy to that 2nd page on my website.

Thank you

Hi Bob,

If I'm understanding your request correctly, this cannot be accomplished. You can assign multiple domains to your website, but the index page will always be the page that loads first. You can not have an alternate "inde" or "home" page.

Please let me know if I have misunderstood your question.

To go straight to a page, the address would be the same as it is presently, but with a slash (/) and then the page-name (including .php)

Hi Bob,

There is a trick that you can use to do this but it's on your site and not anywhere else.

Change your Welcome splash page your Index page. Remove this index page from your menu.

Your old landing page should be given/retain the name "home" or similar.

This means that someone arriving on your site via the domain name will land on your Splash page but thereafter won't come back there., since the "Home" page is in fact another page included in your menu. Your splash page will then only appear when someone links or types in your domain name.
