I have an idea regarding the community forum. Under your Start a topic section on the left of this window, I just thought it might be helpful if you had a section for coding questions. This way you could monitor metrics on coding questions. Just a thought.

I think that might be a get satisfaction suggestion.

Hi Randy

That would be very helpful. However, please note that Get Satisfaction is a third party service that we use for our forum and they serve a large variety of companies. So while "Coding Question" would be a very useful topic type for us, it would probably not translate well to many of the other companies who use this software.

Maybe the feature request should be the ability for a company to add custom topic types? If you ever want to make a suggestion for a Get Satisfaction feature, head over to: http://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfa.... Get Satisfaction has a fabulous team and I am sure they would be happy to hear from you.

In the mean time tags are an extremely useful way of collecting similar topics together, and I see you made use of them when you posted this idea. Check this out: http://forum.yola.com/yola/tags/coding

That is the URL for all topics tagged "coding".
