Adding a StatCounter to my site

I have Stat Counter, and I want to know how to install the code in my SynthaSite webpage (www.AthensNY.org) I want this one because it's invisible. I tried dropping an HTML widget into the bottom of the home page and saved it, but it showed up in the uploaded site. I also need to add this code after a certain series of code, according to the My6 StatCounter.com instructions. Maybe there is another invisible counter your company prefers. Either way, please let me know.

Thanks,

Keith

PS while I'm here, could you also tell me if I can use HTML code to write some text or drop some images over the blue waves on the top right in the Tropical template I use?

Hi Keith,

I have Google Analytics on my own personal site and find that it works well, and is invisible. Here is a link to a thread which will tell you how to apply that to your site if you think it's a route you might like to go down. http://getsatisfaction.com/SynthaSite...
