I am a silver member. (not sure it this is needed)

The template I am using has a standard text heading. However, I wish to put my logo there instead. I created a small transparent image (png file) that I would like to place in the area.

Can someone tell me how to do this.

Also, How do I access the HTML code on my wen page.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Rick,

There are a couple of ways to do this:
1. Using HTML you can place your image at that place in many cases.

<img style="width: *px; margin: *px; padding: *px; height: *px;" src="resources/{optional folder}/image-name.png">

The asterisk defines the size for each parameter in pixels as you wish.

or

2. You can insert a text widget at the top of the page, insert your logo image then alter the margins until the image corresponds to where you would like it. The margins allow for positioning in a relative negative direction as well as positive ie negative for left and negative for up according to the director in the Margin settings. This allows you to move the image with precise positioning. Take this one carefully and do it on a duplicate of your page first as a test.

If you wish to add HTML code to your page then there is an HTML placeholder or widget which is represented by a blue sphere in your widget options under the basic classification. When this is dragged onto your page a white mdal box displays a line number on the Left hand side. You can paste your HTML in Line 1

You can also add HTML by adding the text widget. also in that same classification . When added then you can select the HTML button within this widget and place your HTML there.

If you wish to alter some HTML of previously placed widgets then you access their content through the placed widget.
