Adding product to store

I have tried to create a store but seem to have hit an infinite loop. How can I correct this? I drug the widget to the section I wanted to add the online store to. The widget then asked me to load my first product. I hit the infinite loop. Chrome then said that the file page was moved or no longer exists...

If that is the case, can I get a refund?

Hi Charles,

The first thing I would do would be to check the Online Store in My Yola and see if the products are still there?

If they are the next thing I would check is the website itself. Check that the page you wished to have the store placed on is still there?

if it is still giving you an error then delete this page. (As long as it isn't your Index page)

Re-create your page and drag the Online Store widget onto the new page.

Select the category of products you wish to display on this page with the number of products displayed as well, and Save.

If the problem is on your Index page then you will have to re-create a facsimile of this page with another name first of all. Then delete the original Index page and the system will prompt you for a replacement page name. then give the new Index page name and you wll be back to the beginning again. (It's not a good idea to place a Blog or an Online Store on your Index page if you have :)
