adding products

I have uploaded my products to my store but it keeps asking me to upload products and therefore I cant move on to change the other settings! HELP!

Hi Jenna

It looks like you have successfully completed the Online Store Wizard. It looks like you may have solved the problem since posting. Just to be sure: all the options are available in your Online Store dashboard. See screenshot below:

The "Add/Edit Product" button is currently highlighted, but you can click on any of the other buttons to edit any of the other settings, or click "Advanced Settings" for more options.

Thanks I think it just need time to update :)

new problem :)

I dont seem to be able to add postage even though I have added it on the dashboard, when I go through the process no postage is added??

Also am I able to change the automatic message is sent when someone registers on my site??

Hello Jenna

If you add postage, you must also make sure to add details about the weight of your products. The postage will be calculated based on the weight.

With regard to your question on changing automated ecwid messages, I'd suggest that you ask this question on their forum in this thread: Spelling mistake in French.
