Any help appreciated. I just added Yola Mail to my domain (JustPressSOS.com) and am trying to add it into Microsoft Outlook. I have followed the tutorial, but am getting the messages, "Log into incoming mail server (POP3): Cannot find the email server" & "Send test message: None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server." Also just got Outlook 'Send/Recieve' Progress message, " Task 'luke.fevin@justpresssos.com' - receiving reported error (0x80040900): 'The server name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down temporarily). Verify that you are online and that the server name is correct.'

I am using "mail.justpresssos.com" as incoming server name. My internet provider smtp for outgoing server. Everything else is the same as tutorial suggests.

Banging my head trying to work out what the problem is. I have other (non-Yola) accounts working through Outlook. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello Luke

Have you tried using your Yola Mail for this e-mail address via webmail yet? I suppose that you wouldn't have had access because when I checked your Yola Mail mailbox configuration, I noticed that there was an error with your settings on our side. I'm sorry for that, this was probably the reason why your Outlook set up failed. I've fixed this error and would like to ask you to first test if you can log into your new Yola Mail mailbox. Log into your My Yola, click on "Yola Mail" in the left-hand side menu, and on the Yola Mail page for your domain justpresssos.com, please click on the "Check inbox" button.

If you can get in and send and receive messages fine (please test this for me), then please re-do your Outlook set-up for your Yola Mail mailbox.

Should you encounter further or new errors, please let me know for us to investigate further.

Hi Birdi Recruitment,

I checked out your mail accounts ad they are set up properly so your problem is different from Luke's above.

Please confirm that both your incoming and outgoing mail server settings are as follows: mail.birdi-recruitment.co.uk, username is the entire email address, and outgoing SMTP port setting is either 587 or 8025.

You also want to set up the mailbox as IMAP and not POP. You can see the full tutorial here.

If you continue to struggle with this, let us know and our Yola Mail team will assist you further.

Hello,

I tried configuring my domain I purchased through Yola to send and receive emails, that I run through Windows Live's server. The domain is testprepandtutoringservices.com, and while I think I successfully followed the tutorial and copied over the MX records carefully, I can send emails, but never receive any replies. Could you please offer suggestions?

Thank you.
