I logged in to check my email this morning to find that all my mails before yesterday were missing. Yola Mail for themeparkpost.com. Logged in again to see if it was a refresh issue, but no.... I need those mails so please help!
Before we investigate more deeply on this, I'd like to make sure that I know all the details about the issue you're experiencing. So you logged into your Yola Mail account via the webmail login page, is that correct? Are you using an e-mail client like Outlook to collect your e-mails via POP3?
Are you using any folders in your webmail interface? Have you maybe moved your e-mails to those folders? Is it possible that you deleted the messages indavertently? Please check your bin folder and every other folder of your webmail interface to make sure that your e-mails haven't gone there.
If you can't find your e-mails, please let me know, and we'll investigate further.
