Who has the rights to my website? I just printed out a page and noticed it says 'All rights reserved' at the bottom of the page. Reserved by who?

You have the rights to your website.

You are probably seeing a copyright notice for the style you are using. Can you tell me what style it is so that I can check this out?

As the site's designer, you are legally an "artist" and have the right to mark your pages as "copywrited" by yourself, and it will be binding.

You can also protect yourself further by printing a copy of each page, and mailing it to yourself. Do not open it until to find your self in a courtroom on an infringement case, and let the judge open it. This will prove your rights by way of the postmark date.
