I'm sorry but I still don't follow what you're asking. Everything that is above the big fat blue line is your custom menu and your header - is it not?

What are you wanting to do with that particular section? Hopefully with some more details, we can let you know if there is a workaround or not. Thanks!

the bottom bar was always at the bottom??,

Alex its hard to tell where the Yola header actually stops.

You could try and include the whole of the header code into this http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicin...

Can you tell us more about where you are seeing << Back << ? I believe what you might be referring to is a text link that goes back to another page. Here is a link with more information on now to create links: Creating Links.
