I'm not sure 100% sure if I understood your question correctly. On your website I can't see any widgets with white borders because the body background colour is white. Do you maybe mean the whole body background which appears to you as a big white box? Would you like to make this whole part transparent for your background image to show through?
In your Site CSS I can see that code has been added to the overrides field. It looks like it is the whole original CSS code. Please only add the sections to be changed to the overrides field. Pasting the whole original CSS code there is not the correct way to edit your Site CSS and can cause unwanted performances on your Style. Please clear any code which would double your original code.
If you'd like to get some assistance from us to edit your Site CSS, I'm happy to try and help your further for smaller changes, such as changing font colours or making the body background transparent.
