An apology, an explanation and a commitment

As many of you know, in the last few weeks we have had a few incidents that have resulted in your published sites being unavailable. We feel we owe you an explanation for what happened and we would like to let you know what we are doing to make sure it doesn't happen again.

That's great! It's very nice how they took the time to explain! It's fully understandable though. Things will go wrong! It's just good that it was explained and everyone can know why. Great job!

I've said it many times before ... Yola rocks!
I love using your site as I have very little technical knowledge. But Yola makes it so easy to build a website and get it published. If there's a problem and I email you or leave a comment on the community pages I always get a helpful response and usually very quickly.

Problems happen. Tis life. But Yola still rocks!

You guys are doing an amazing job! Downtime's bound to happen sometimes, it's nice to know that Yola's softening the blow when that downtime does come. Good job Yola!

The fact that you apologise is appreciated. I just thought it was my broadband connection. I can even feel the improvements that you have made, so THANK YOU, and keep up the good work..!!
