Generally prices on e-com websites are displayed as a single currency determined by the author of the page(s). This can be difficult for people using other currencies related to their own country. A solution is for the currency to be selectable by the user or by automatically displaying the currency related to the user’s country (paid subscription)where they are viewing the pages.

A solution is to use Dynamic Converter. This is applied by the author as a line of code at the bottom of each page of their site where prices are displayed. It is not applied to the application itself so it does not carry through to other pages of display typically used with the Yola/Ecwid Online Store or with PayPal BuyNow products, the line of code must be applied to each page in an HTML widget at the end of the page, preferably.

Dynamic Converter requires a registration by the website author and the sites that the converter will be applied to. After registration then you select the shopping system used. Ecwid is offered as a pre-made solution. The code is optimised for installation and is simply copied and then pasted into each page of the site. There are options for display offered by Dynamic Converter with examples. These examples are not facsimiles of how your products will display but rather how the prices display.

Once the code is posted onto the pages then there may be a 15-30 minute delay for the Dynamic Converter servers to process the application. Issues with installation should be directed back to Dynamic Converter and their support is excellent.

There are three levels of subscription including the Free Plan. Higher levels of subscription offer more facility including automatic currency determination and display.

Create an Account.

Submit your account creation and click the cart link.

Select a Shopping Cart. Ecwid is the cart to select as the last selection icon.

Fill in the specifications. Save all settings on the settings page as indicated and grab your code. Add the code to an HTML widget at the end of your e-com page(s).

The Dynamic Converter server may take up to 30 minutes to prepare the file so that your conversions will be seen on your pages.

For any problems or explanations please contact Dynamic Converter Contactdirectly. Their support is excellent and if needed, they can manipulate your installation file at their servers so you won’t be left out on a limb if there is difficulty in implementation.

One change here which makes it easier.

You do not need to go to the stage of selecting a Shopping Cart via the link. The cart is selected at registration. The link I mentioned is simply a display of the available carts suitable for use with the converter, it is a non-essential and non-interactive step. Apologies for that error on my part.
