Hi! I've searched through the forum and found this link 'http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/som...', but it didn't solve my problem.

My problem is any mp3 I uploaded to yola.com it won't play in the final published page but in my editing page, it plays very smoothly.

Here is a sample link: http://nusushika.yolasite.com/READY_S...

I have no foreign language characters in my link.

Please help~~~

Hello nusushika,

I was able to play your sound file using Chrome, Safari , IE 11 browsers on a Win 8.1 OS, without issue.

FireFox 26.0 wouldn't play the sound file.

I don't know what the issue may be and hoping that the forum community may have insight into this ?

Yes, I'm using Firefox 26.0.
So it should be the problem.
Thank you Gop~~
I'll try some other browsers to see if it works.
Thank you very much~~

Hello Nusushika

I can also replicate that the mp3 file won't play in Firefox 26.

Can you please log into your Sitebuilder, remove the mp3 Widget and re-add it afterwards? Then republish and check if it works in Firefox. If it doesn't, please come back to me, and I'll bring it to our engineers attention. Thanks.

OK.
Thanks, Stefan.
I now got the clue.
I followed your instructions and made it work in Firefox now.

It is caused by copying and pasting the mp3 widget source code into the source view page instead of drag-and dropping the widget directly into the page. The source code looks like this:

<embed id="ply" height="24" width="100%" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="//s2.yolacdn.net/V1000085/components/system/JWPlayerMP3/resources/player.swf" style="" name="ply" bgcolor="#ffffff" quality="high" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" wmode="opaque" flashvars="file=resources/X_X_X.mp3&duration=&autostart="></embed>

Why I do this is because if I directly add the mp3 widget, it will show the original mp3 name right under the music player which I do not want to show to the public for some original names were not well organized.

So, now my problem is solved~~~~
Thank you two guys~~~~
