I'm currently using Microsoft Office Outlook for 2 email
addresses, Gmail for 3 and GoDaddy for 1.

I'm thinking of switching to Thunderbird to pull in all 6 but I need to easily be
able to see which one came from which mail server ? Any ideas!

Who is using what and why ???

Hi Boomer,

I'm using MS Outlook for 4 incoming;

2 POP
2 webmail. ( Hotmail, Gmail )

I haven't put Yahoo onto it.

Why do i like it? I quite like the integrated aspect of MS Outlook and have nearly 3000 contacts.

I hate their mail security features and have tried a couple of mail cleaners but didn't find these successful (the problem is only with the pop mails)

Seeing the server hasn't been a problem at all. Sending means that you have to be on your toes and this is something that can be embarrasing sending though another address (reply to isn't part of this problem)

I'm interested in the replies you receive also Boomer. Sorry I didn't add sparkling innovation :(

do you want a new email account or a way of reading them all?
I use POP Peeper to read my different email accounts - works well.

Heres my wish list:

1) Pull all mail into one app. (the easy part)

2) Be able to (easily) see which one came from where. (not like MS Outlook)

3) Be able to respond back, using different user profiles. (names)
i.e. Boomer, Real name, Admin, Sales. (this is the most important point for me)

I like Thunderbird pretty well...I only run one account on it but I think it will do what you want....It is free from Mozilla so If you take a look at it and don't like it nothing lost....They took over Eudora from Qualcom so they are the same now

I use Window Live desktop. I have 3 email accounts. Each section is for each server, making it very easy to see which email is which.
