Yola have started ignoring my requests for assistance. Has anyone else had this problem? Have tried emailing support@yola.com, but they don't reply.

No I have been here over three years and no problem. Maybe there is mail problem it does happen...I am sure someone form the staff here will respond and see what the problem may be.

I'm very sorry to hear that you have tried to get help and failed. In addition to our knowledge base we provide a variety of support channels (forum, email, phone, Facebook or Twitter). We typically respond within 24-48 hours on any of those channels. So we definitely don't want to make it difficult for people to get help from us, but we realize that communication sometimes breaks down.

Please either post your request again on this thread directly, or, if you prefer sending an e-mail, please send us another one to support@yola.com and let us know on this thread that you did so. We can then check if we received your e-mail or not.

Hello,

I've pasted the email thread below. Basically, when I fetch certain pages as googlebot I see things like 'page has been permanently moved'. But the page has NOT been moved and I need google to be able to crawl it properly.

Have not received any help from Yola with regards to this. And PLEASE don't tell me I'll have to go and talk to google about it...that's not helpful!

I'm very disappointed and frustrated as I have still not received any meaningful assistance from yourselves in connection to a problem with my website that I first brought to your attention on 21/12/11.

Am I going to receive some assistance, or shall I assume that I'm on my own with this?

As you can see, there is a 301 redirect at the top, but there shouldn't be. How do I remove it so that googlebot can fetch the url correctly?

I've just responded to the email thread. I'll give a little detail here. It appears that the page name was edited and this change was not made in the URL you were testing.
