Actually looking a little further into this - I don't hink its just when you attach a link - the problem seems to be when you edit a photo and save any of the items - it just goes into a blue box pause and stays there. Links i've put on other photos are still all OK and work. It is just when you edit the hoto box.

Hello David,

I am sorry you are having this problem.

Would you please be able to tell us what your site's URL is?

Many thanks for working with us on this.

Hi David,

Thanks for posting your URL. I do see links properly set up on you homepage. Are you struggling when trying to add them to photographs on the remainder pages? I did just test adding a link to an image on my end and was able to do so without hesitation. Please check that you have an upgraded version of Flash and Java. Also, would you mind sharing the browser version and type you are using?

We are eager to help you resolve this.

For clarity - its just when I try and create new ones - exisitng ones are ok. But I can't change anything on a picture - I get the same issue. It all works ok until I click Save - its at that point I get a blue box come up.

Just discovered that if I had a new picture it works fine - but when I try and edit a picture that is already there and change any of the setings on it, its then that I have the problem.

Hi David,

Thanks for your patience as we looked into this. We have been informed of the problem with adding a link to a Picture Widget and the link dialog box does not appear. It is a bug on our Sitebuilder and our engineers are in the process of fixing it.

As a workaround, please try these suggestions:

* Clear the cache in your browser. Then log out of your Sitebuilder and log in again.
* Switch to a different browser, e.g. Chrome, Safari.

I hope you find a workaround helpful for the time being.

Cheers,
Brianna

I have tried both Chrome and IE and the problem occurs on both. I've also used a different computer and this didn't work. The workaround I've found is to delete the picture widget and reattach with new photo. This seemed to work. You do lose the data previously held such as description but you just have to type it in again. I look forward to the bug being fixed. Thanks for your help with this.

This appears to be the same problem I've just discovered.
