Authorization code for transfer

I have requested to transfer my domain away from Yola and unlocked the domain. I still haven't received an authorization code. I just wanted to make sure it would be sent to momsgetfit@verizon.net. Please let me know the status. Thanks, Alison

The address that your code will be sent to. Taken from the whois record of your domain.

Hi nplgbuonaiuto,

When you transfer your domain, any authorization codes get sent to the email address you registered when you purchased the domain.

As Gop mentioned above, the authorization code will be sent to momsgetfit@verizon.net.

If you did not receive the code, I can suggest checking your Junk/Spam folders to see whether it inadvertently got directed there.

There is nothing in my spam folder and still haven't received it. is there a way to request it again?

Try to lock your domain again.
Apply the changes and then Unlock and try again accorrding to the instructions.
