If you need support from Yola please contact us via support@yola.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
If you would prefer not to have auto-renew enabled on your domain, follow these steps:
1. Log in to My Yola.
2. Click on “Domains” in the left-hand menu.
3. Under the “Status” heading your auto-renewal status will be indicated.
4. To turn off auto-renewal, click cancel and confirm that you would like to turn off auto-renewal.
5. Auto-renewal for your domain will be canceled.
We will still send you renewal reminders when your domain is due to expire and you can decide at that time whether you wish to renew manually or not.
Thanks Monique - when I purchased the domain the instruction told my to go to Account and profile, but of course, the option to cancel auto-renewal is not listed there.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears that the link to cancel your auto-renewal is not on your account. Our engineers are investigating and implement a fix in the near future to ensure that it is available to you.
In the meantime they have removed you from auto-renewal and I can confirm that your domain will not be auto-renewed.
