Aviary now not working.

And any more than three (3) uploaded photos becomes a problem and meets with YOLA'S infamous BLUE BLANK SCREEN and subsequently deletes...unbelievable!

Our I.T. experts say that we are not the only ones. Evidently YOLA have server problems-is that true?

Hello Andrew

I have tested the picture upload functionality in your Yola account (I created a test folder and uploaded pictures plus edited them with Aviary), and I bumped into a few errors/slowness of your File Manager, but I was able to upload 4 pictures of 50KB average size at the same time, and edit two of them using Aviary. All of that worked fine, and I didn't see any blue screens. We do have a problem with our File Manager at the moment which we are working on, but the Aviary feature should work. Did your IT experts test it on different computers and maybe in their own Yola accounts? Also outside your computer network?

There seems to be something strange going on in your account, though, because I saw that your navigation menu links include dashes and look like their URLs again although I corrected this on your website a while ago. Unless you have changed this yourself deliberately, there could be an error with the Style. I'm going to test the Style you chose in one of my accounts, and if there is an error, I will bring it to our specialists' attention.

I'm honestly sorry that you are experiencing that many problems using Yola, Andrew. Please answer my questions above, and we may need to let our specialists investigate on your whole Yola account.

Excellent thanks Stefan.

Let's hope it lessens.

Kind regards, Andrew

Stefan-has a mind of its own this sometimes as you can see..!

'Aviary' unlike 'Picnic' is faulty as amended photos return to an out of focus state and even my I.T. people here cannot correct at all.

Your helpful input and advice, as always, have been superb and both myself and the team appreciate it all.

Andrew, could you please post here a before and after file that you edited with Aviary? That would help us to investigate on what is going on. Thanks!

Stefan,

Aviary was used to reduce three (3) photos over the last few days and after the procedures: 'save'; 'publish' and reboot having left the website and returned it still does not do what it should.

In addition, the photo then WARPS and subsequently goes out of focus over the next 24 hours...

We are not using it until fixed which is a shame but adjusting our schedule to suit.

Many Thanks, Andrew
