Hi, Yola Representative. This has been my over third attempt to find a solution to my problem but I ́m confident it ́s going to happen. I ́ve paid for silver upgrate via debit card over the bar code of my "boleto" generated on the last 18th.As of now, my account has not been upgrated. Please, advise me on that matter.
