Hello David

If the background and banner images are not showing up on some computers, then there are few things you can check:

  • Refresh the browser. To do this, right-click on a web page and select "Refresh" or "Reload".

  • Clear the browser's cache. Follow the steps in this link to do so: clear cache.

  • Make sure that images are enabled in the browser. Have a look at How to enable images on your web browser.

If none of these suggestions resolve the problem, please share your website link and we can take a closer look at why this is happening.

Thank you
Nazlie

Hello David,
I think I know the reasoning behind your problem now that you have mentioned that you use photoshop. The problem could be that the images have a CMYK color mode attached to them - which is not web friendly. You should be able to set your color mode to RGB-16bit and you will then be able to upload them and view them on your site. An easy way to do this is instead of just selecting "save", choose "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.

That should fix your problem.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
