background image problem

I've been editing my website www.gsmmobileshop.net I have just changed the background image slightly, havent changed the dimensions at all just added a telephone number, on the home page the background displays perfectly but if you view some of the internal pages e.g. http://www.gsmmobileshop.net/mobilebr... about half way down the page there is a white line running through the page on the background, does anyone else see this? any ideas as to why this is happening and what can be done to prevent? Hi Nazalie, please help me resolve this asap, I hope it does not involve putting code on each page i create as this will be very tedious, surely these premium templates should be tested prior to being offered on your website? Thanks, Ceri.

Hi Ceri,

Could you try these steps and let us know if you're happy with the results:

1. Click on the "Change background" button and click on "Change background".
2. Change the setting "scroll with page" to "don't scroll with page".

Hi, unfortunately this is not an option, my client doesnt wish for the background to scroll with the page and also I have added a telephone number to the background which appears just above the banner area, having the background move whilst the page is scrolled causes this telephone number to be un-viewable, either way we prefer the background to scroll with the page. Go live day is due and I don't want any delays, is there anything else that can be done? Thanks, Ceri.

I have now communicated with Sanaja via email who gained access to my account with my permission, created a test page removing the white line as I wished, I then confirmed that this is as I requested asking for the remainder of the pages in the website to have the white line removed also and instructions on how it was done sent to me, I have since not received any replies from sanja in over 7 days however I have emailed twice and nothing has been actioned on the website since.

This is atrocious customer service, I paid for a premium template that honestly has some flaws none of which are my own fault and they should be rectified in a reasonable time frame, I expressed this was urgent as I'm setting the website up for a large client worth allot of money who doesn't allow for time wasters, this has effected my reputation and I'm now furious to say the least, please resolve this issue asap,

Hi Ceri - I'm really not happy to hear that you've been sending emails and not getting a response. I've searched our system and it shows that the last email we received from you was on 18 October. I might not have all the information though - perhaps you used a different email address at one point? I really hope that our system is not letting us down on our side.

Sanja, I think Ceri is talking about the white line on the right and left at the bottom of the background.
