We certainly do multiple back ups of all our site data and we are in a position to restore all our customers sites simultaneously and quickly in the event of something unforseen going wrong; but unfortunately we do not have a way to backup individual sites at this time.
You can download your site in zipped format so that you have all of the files on your computer, although this cannot be uploaded back into the site builder, as this feature is in place for users who would like to download a site and upload it to another host. This might, however, give you peace of mind as you will at least have a copy of the site. To do this, click the down arrow of "Update Site" and click "Download Site."
Also, for testing purposes and to make sure you don't lose any data on your pages, if you are going to add any type of custom code to your page make sure to test it on a test site first; this will keep your page from breaking in the event that the code does not work properly.
