Hello Miky,

I'll try to address each point below.

1. On your homepage, you're using the Picture Gallery Widget. It is not possible to add spacing between those photos as this is the default layout. However, as a workaround, what you could do is drag over a Column Divider Widget. Drag over another Column Divider Widget and place inside one of the columns. Do the same for the other column. You can repeat this as many times as needed. Then, place a Picture Gallery Widget to one column and add only 1 photo to that column. Repeat for the rest of the columns.

2. On your product page, the issue with your thumbnails may be due to the file name. Please double-check your file name and see if there are any special characters in them. They should just contain plain text. Please try renaming them and then re-adding to your Picture Gallery Widget.

If you wish to remove the captioning, you can go to "Edit" in your Picture Gallery Widget and click on text next to the image and delete the text as needed.

For the documents, again, you can use the Column Divider Widget to set up your files in a horizontal line, rather than vertically.

The buttons you see are part of the eCommerce Widget. If you don't want those buttons, then you would need to delete the widget altogether. You can then use the Picture Widget, Column Divider Widget and Text Widget to set up the page as you'd like.

3. It is not possible to download your site. Please be assured that we do multiple back ups of all our site data. We are able to restore all our customers sites simultaneously and quickly in the event of something unforeseen going wrong; but unfortunately we do not have a way to backup individual sites at this time.

I hope that addresses all your questions. Please let us know if further clarification is needed.

Sanja,

1. If you wish to remove the captioning, you can go to "Edit" in your Picture Gallery Widget and click on text next to the image and delete the text as needed.

I don't want to remove the captioning, but the image source link.

2. For the documents, again, you can use the Column Divider Widget to set up your files in a horizontal line, rather than vertically.

I tried this but, I can't put more than two in line, I made an example on my site, in first Column Divider Widget I put 2 in line, in second Column Divider Widget I put 4 documents but 2 one under another in left side and the same in right side.
On last Column Divider Widget I put the same 2 documents but positioned differently, my question is how to get more than 2 columns on Column Divider Widget ? ( or how do I set up my files in horizontal line ).

Thanks,

Miky

Hello Miky,

1. It is not possible to remove the image source link. Are you simply wanting to prevent people from copying your images? If so, you may want read this tutorial.

2. Please can you let us know on which page you're trying to do this? We'll take a look and see what we can advise.

Hi Sanja,

1. Ok, I was thinking is a option there to show or don't show the link source

2. on this site http://appppp.yolasite.com/products.php, below

"Download products and price list in PDF, DOC and TXT format"

I tried this but, I can't put more than two in line, I made an example on my site, in first Column Divider Widget I put 2 in line, in second Column Divider Widget I put 4 documents but 2 one under another in left side and the same in right side.

Hi Miky,

There is an easy fix! All you need to do is add another Column Divider Widget in one of the columns. I have started this for you in your Sitebuilder.

Yes Sanja, you are right, this was cool and easy, I was confused because they are not standing in line, unless you save them and then preview

Sanja,

Another questions that I have now, is how much will take for changes I made on my site to take effects, after I SAVE, PREVIEW and Publish to the web ?

I'm asking this because I already saved the changes for three times and no effects on the live web site

When I use this ( http://184.73.160.162/ ), why I don't see my site ?

how do I change my site link name ?

The changes should come up pretty quickly. You may need to clear the cache in your browser to see the latest version as it could be referencing an older version of your site.

Your URL is not http://184.73.160.162/. The link to your site is actually: http://appppp.yolasite.com/.

If you're wanting to change the subdomain, then you can do so by following these steps: How to change your subdomain.

Ok, now when I try http://184.73.160.162/ it doesn't show anything, before I was asking you about this, there was a message from Yola that I have to publish my site, why now I can't see anything ?

"Your domain is pointing to Yola!
Now you just need to publish your site and you're done!"

another question, I can upload a site that I worked offline into my Yola account ?

Thx

Hi there,

As I said.. please do not use http://184.73.160.162/. If you want people to see your site, you need to give them the direct URL to your site: http://appppp.yolasite.com/.

Are you trying to point a custom domain to your site? Please clarify what you're trying to do.

It is not possible to upload an externally made site into Yola. Sorry!

Hello,

if I will update my account to silver I can upload an externally site ?

I was making some test with a dot.tk domain and here are some info:

Dot TK can also supply you its free Dot TK DNS Service. Just configure your A, CNAME and MX records and we'll take it from here.

Type --------- Host Name and IP Address
A
MX

or

Use my own DNS Services

Nameserver and IP Address

I was trying this and is not working properly, that means first hour or so was working and after that nothing

Thank you

Hi Mlky

Have you upgraded to Yola Silver? If you have, then you will be able to point your .tk domain to Yola and use it to publish your website.

We have a tutorial here that explains how to do this: Publish to a domain you already own.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if anything is still unclear.

Hi Sanja, I see that everybody tells me that I have to upgrade, but I don't understand why ?

If I upgrade to Yola Silver I see that I will get a custom domain name also, In this way the .tk is useless, so wazzup ?

Hi Miky

We've changed Yola Silver package as of today. You can now buy the package on a monthly basis for $ 9.95 per month and it does not include the domain, but will allow you to point your .tk domain to us and use it to publish your site. See this link for more details: Yola Packages.

Hope this helps!
