For the past 4 weeks i have been trying to get a solution from customer support regarding renewing my Yola Account. I have had one reply to my mail and nothing there after.. I love the services Yola has to offer, But the customer support I s the worst ive ever seen. Really Bad!!
I am terribly sorry to hear that you had this experience. To be honest this doesn't sound like us at all! We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and respond to customers as promptly as possible. I did a search on our system and found that every email you have sent us had been answered in a timely manner. The last reply was from Jackie on 10/3/2011 and the time stamp indicates that this was about an hour and 40 minutes after you sent the email. However, I do not see any further replies from you on that thread so I am concerned that you may not have received her message?
Sometimes our emails are blocked by spam filters or are rejected by the customer's email host. That could be what happened in this instance. Alternatively you are welcome to post on this thread and she will follow up with you here. We really would like to resolve this as we don't want any of our customers to have a bad experience with our customer support!
