Why is my site not up?

website not active even after paying the website through credit card,and have not received any response even after sending 5 e mails to the yola support

Hello Rishi,

I have reviewed your email history to Yola support, and I am only able to locate one email that was sent approximately half an hour ago. We do strive to answer Premium customer queries within 24 hours, and Standard customer queries within 48 hours. If you have sent any other emails within this time frame that have not answered, please let us know so that we can investigate it further on our side.

I have reviewed your payments and I can see that you renewed your Yola Bronze subscription on the 13 Feb 2012, but not your domain.

Your domain expired on the 6 Feb 2012, and once it has expired we are only able to recover it for another 30 days. As your domain has past this 30 day mark, it has now entered into a deletion phase at the registrar, and when this phase is completed it will be offered back up for resale.

Your only option at this stage is to wait for the domain to be released and then repurchase it. To do this, you will first need to unpublish your site by following the steps on this link: How to unpublish your site.

You can check if your domain is available and repurchase it by following these steps: Buying your domain from Yola.

Could you let me know if you received the email renewal reminders for this domain? There are also yellow domain renewal reminders throughout your Yola account.

If you did not receive them, please let me know so that I can investigate.
