Can you tell me the pixel dimensions of the style you are using? Then I will see what I can find.

I am busy looking at this site: http://www.freewebpageheaders.com/

It looks promising - why don't you check it out as well and tell me what you think.

You could also try Picnik - upload your image, edit to the required dimension and add your text. But you might want to look for a generator that does some of the design work for you.

You have many more options with Picnik, instead of a banner maker. Adding text, transparency, and even copyrighting your banner. Banner makers won't offer you that, especially if you're looking for free ones. In addition to using Picnik, there's a free program I use to create contact boxes, for social networking profiles...Paint.net. It's free, and better than Photoshop. Using both Picnik and Paint.net, you'll have better personal banners, than any single program can offer. Just use your creativity!

i made a custom header from scratch for my site. you can see it at the top of http://gamedemonarcade.com (my site is under construction. most of the links don't work. check back next week). i made it with PAINT.NET (that's the name of the software. you can find it at http://getpaint.net) you can also do this with photoshop. but PAINT.NET is free, and i am cheap. i would only recommend this if you have a lot of time on your hands and maybe some experience. just read the tutorials, it could be difficult

You can go to my website and pick out banners I have made with the code, of the ones I have as of right now for my website. memesbanners.weebly.com
or go to myspacebanners.com -- they're not only for myspace either.
