Have been unable to update my banner image for 2 days. I was able to upload it to file manager, select it and it places on the page but then it doesn't show up in Preview (after I save) and if I go to another page and go back to that page, the banner image is gone. I'm on Firefox 5.0 but have had same problem using Chrome and IE. My website is http://www.abqged.org/ and the image dimensions are 946px x 388px, the image file I'm trying to place is AbqGedLogoTextWeb.jpg I'm now experiencing the same problem when I tried to reinsert the old image logo that currently shows live...I've not published my changes because I can't have the website showing up without a banner/logo. I sent off an email to support but am hoping someone can help me faster here so that I can make the changes I need to make to my company's site.

A friend was finally able to help me out and turns out there a glitch with the site that it isn't saving changes to the banner, he had to go into the code and manually change it....I hope this problem gets fixed soon and isn't affecting other parts of the site as I have a lot of updates to make and unfortunately I'm not knowledgeable enough with coding to do this on my own.

Hello see.us,

If you add the banner image URL to the code in the Site CSS, it will over-ride all the banner images in the Sitebuilder. This is working as designed. If you don't want the banner image to over-ride, then you need to be sure to not include the banner URL. Then, you can use the Change Banner function to change you banners as needed.
