Banner Issues!

I'm using the "Swanky" template to build my site and, while I can get my banner to upload to the folder, it has no preview. This is the case with many of the images on my site, but when I select them for a particular page I can view the images in preview mode. Not so with this banner. The system has categorized it as "undefined" and there is no preview. The image is a .jpg file which I attempted to re-save several times with no luck. The dimensions of my banner is 900 x 261 pixels, but I can't find the dimensions of the banner in my template anywhere to confirm or refute the size as the problem. Please Help.

To make sure that the banner image you created fits into the banner area, please check the following:

1. Click on the banner area. A dialog box will pop up. Select "Resize Banner Image". The Banner Editor will open and you will be able to crop and resize your banner image to fit precisely in the available space. Click on "OK" once done. Your edited banner image will be added to your page. Click "Save" for the changes to be saved to your page.
2. Check the type of picture you are using. A picture in portrait (vertical) orientation will not work well in a banner that has a landscape (horizontal) orientation.

If you have been through these steps and have been unsuccessful, please let me know.

Something else that may be causing a problem is if you are testing out a Premium Style and have not yet purchased it. Could you let me know if this is the case?
