I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble with these features. Can you please tell me a bit more about what happens when you try to update the banner image. Do you receive an error message or does the banner just not update? Is this happening on a certain page or all pages?
The second issue with your form not submitting has been fixed and you will no longer be seeing this problem.
