Hello santiago2331,

Are you seeing this red prohibited circle in the preview or in the site builder? Sometimes things in the site builder don;t display how they do on the actual page. To see a preview, just click on "Save" at the top and then click on "Preview"

Please let me know if you see this error in the preview also.

Hello,

It sounds as though your images have a CMYK color mode attached to them - did you by chance edit your banner image using photoshop?

You should be able to set your color mode to RGB-16bit which will allow your image to appear on your site.

An easy way to do this is instead of just selecting "save", choose "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.

If you could share your web address with us, we will be happy to look into this further with you!

Hi santiago2331,

Thanks for letting us know your websites URL.

I also see that red prohibited symbol. I just looked at your source code and the URL to the image is that too, which is odd. This is the URL of the image:

http://musicandbsradio.yolasite.com/r...

This is the original URL of your banner image:

http://musicandbsradio.yolasite.com/r...

But for some reason once you crop it, it turns into this image:

http://musicandbsradio.yolasite.com/r...

This looks like it's a problem with Yola.

I'm going to look into this more. But, an employee of Yola will be able to do more than me, though.

Could you try resizing your image in PhotoShop, GIMP, or another image editing program? This may solve the problem,

Sincerely,
Nathan

Hi Santiago2331

I had a look at your banner image that you were adding to your site and noticed that it was only 2.7KB in size which is why it was not showing up on your site. The problem might have cropped up in the resizing process.

We have managed to fix the banner and it is now displaying correctly.

Hope that helps!

Thank you
Nazlie
