When I check your Yola account in our system, you were correctly charged for your domain, Yola Mail, and Yola Bronze package.
Your domain and hosting package are separate products and are billed separately. The domain is billed 2 weeks before the due date in order to prevent domain expiries if the billing fails. Your hosting package is charged on the due date.
Your domain and Yola Mail were billed on 16 May, and your Yola Bronze hosting package on 31 May. In order to use your website and your Yola Mail with your domain, you need a running hosting package.
