Hi Steven,

Do you mean that your image doesn't fill the alloted banner space for the Style?

If this is the case then it is best to create your banner image to the exact dimensions of the holder before uploading it. This way it will fit perfectly and you don't run the risk of skewing your image by dragging the edges to fit.

I don't think I know how to do this. The picture I uploaded will not drag to the right proportion as the banner. It leaves a blank spot beside it that I cannot edit. This has put a "stand still" in my editing the homepage. I cannot go further with a blank spot at the top. Is there not a way to decrease the size of the banner outline, and create another space for a new text? Right now I'm at the verge of giving up on this web page if I cannot get this straightened out. Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Steven,

The adjustment of an image requires the use of an image manipulation program such as Photoshop which is both available as a standalone program and is also available as an online tool. there are other similar options as well.

It generally requires two processes: Enlarge the image to the maximum dimension for your banner then crop off any excess image so that the dimensions are the same as the requirement.

if you would like help with this I am able to work with you on this.

If you want to go this way then you are welcome to send me the image to my email: gop@designscent.com plus the banner dimensions specified in the style you have chosen or tell me the style you are wanting to use and I will identify the dimensions. i will manipulate the image and post it back to you
