Hello docmedia

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. The link you provided did not work for me.

Based on what you described, you could receive a message like this "Invalid Component id '134'. Cannot Find Component HTML" if:

1. You have pasted some HTML onto your page that is not valid. This often happens if you accidentally miss a portion of the code and a tag is not closed.
2. You have copied and pasted some text from MS Word that has introduced problematic HTML or CSS. The best way to avoid this is to first copy and paste into a program like Notepad (you'll find it in the Accessories folder of your computer) This will strip out any unwanted formatting and you can then safely paste into the Text Widget.

If you get a message like this, hold down the escape key until it goes away. Then try to delete any widget that you think might contain problematic HTML or text copied and pasted from MS Word. If this does not work, unfortunately you will have to rebuild the page. One thing you can do is save a copy of your pages by clicking on the drop down arrow next to the "save" button and selecting "save page as". This will give you a back up version of your page in case something goes wrong. Remember to untick the box that says "include in navigation" so that the back up page does not appear in your main navigation. We are working on solutions for both of these scenarios to prevent problems of this nature in future.

If you're still having trouble with this, please post your site URL again or you can contact us through support@yola.com.

Hi docmedia,

The last post on your blog was copied and pasted from MS Word. I've fixed the text and your page will now load properly in the Sitebuilder.

I need to advise you that when you copy and paste rich text directly from MS Word (or another word processor) onto your site, this brings along a whole lot of unwanted formatting that is not web friendly and can easily break your page. It can also cause your site to show up inconsistently in different browsers. The problem might not always show up immediately, but sometimes it happens after you save and navigate to a different page or log out and log in again. To avoid display and loading issues, the best alternative is first to paste your text into NotePad (in the accessories folder of your computer) and then paste it as plain text onto your Yola page. You can then use the Yola text editor to format your text as desired. Please note that this would be the case with any browser-based text editor you might use, not just Yola. It is a universal website building problem.

Hi Docmedia,

Great to hear! It all depends on the type of music player you have added to your site. Are you looking for a Multiple MP3 song player?
You can use Mixpod, which is a slick program allowing you to easily do this. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Mixpod.com and sign up for a free account.
2. Click on the "Create playlist" tab.
3. You can either select from a list of available songs or click on "Add URL" for your own songs.
* your music URL would look something like this: http://yoursite.yolasite.com/resources/yourmp3.mp3

* replace yoursite.yolasite.com with your domain name and yourmp3.mp3 with the name of the song.

4. Once you've added your songs, click on the 2nd tab "Customize". Here you will be presented with a list of different customizable skins. You will also have the option of selecting your colors & styles, as well as the choosing what settings you'd like such as autoplay, shuffle, etc..
5. Once you've created the look and settings you want, then you can click on "Save Playlist" - fill out the required information.
6. Click on the green button that says "SAVE (get code)".
7. Select "Other sites" and copy the embed code provided.
8. Drag over an HTML Widget and paste in your code.
9. Save and update your site.

You should see your music player working on your site. Please let me know if you have any trouble with adding this to your site.
