Blue Blank pages. Flashing pages. Deleted input. Lost data.

Hours to take what took minutes before. No replies to email.

Delays just are not good enough at all.

The shame is that the final product is wonderful but not fun to do anymore with YOLA problems!

I am very sorry to hear that you experience the problems you reported. There is currently indeed a general bug with regard to the flashing pages you mentioned, and our engineers are busy fixing it.

Can you please try Firefox to work on your Yola website as a temporary workaround? Please let us know if you should encounter the same problems there.

Could you please specify what it is that takes hours now and used to take minutes?

Yola offers a 24 hour reply e-mail support for Premium users like you as a Yola Silver customer. I have checked our inboxes, and I wasn't able to find any e-mail by you, I'm sorry. Which way did you use to send it?

I'm happy that you love Yola, and I understand that problems with our service make it difficult for you. Problems occur with any internet service. You will know that we recently launched our new website, and although we have carefully tested, we cannot exclude that there will still be a few errors.
