bright ideas template

is any 1 else havin trouble with a template call bright ideas in IE8 with the message "A request error has accurred:The parameter "pageId", is required, received "null"."?? i have got done, but with errors on page in bottom left. would that error on bottom left make that error come up? jus a thought

Hi Smithy,

I remember you having a problem with this particular style about 2 weeks ago. Is it the same issue again? From that thread I noticed that Emmy was assisting you with the issue via email, has the issue cropped up again?

it is still there. i was wondering that error that pops up i think is has got 2 do with that error at the bottom left. take a look at the screen shot

1)Does this only occur in the site builder?
2)Is there any possible code that could be affecting the style?
3)Does it happen on every page or only one?

I'm sorry that I haven't gotten back to you about this issue. It has not been fixed yet and I have put in a request for an update with our engineering team. I will let you know today or tomorrow what they say about a time frame for a fix.

Thanks so much for your patience on this! Just spoke with an engineer and there should be a fix for this going out this week. Will let you know when it is complete. In the mean time, I hope you have been able to use another browser when working on your site.

cheers for the update emmy, i have been doing ok in IE8. but not well. i have been using other browsers n they have worked ok. i will await for your reply 2day or 2moro
