I recently renewed my site for $12.95 and I still got an email saying my site will go offline unless I purchase a bronze hosting package. I am fine with this, however, I have already paid for the other. What do I do?
To check this we will need to track your Yola account in our system. I wasn't able to find your account, using your Get Satisfaction e-mail address, and I found quite a couple of Jennifer Robinsons in our database. Could you please provide your login e-mail or your domain/URL of a published site (no passwords, please)? That would help us to help you. Thanks.
The $12.95 you paid was your domain renewal. We do require a separate hosting package as well in order to host your website on Yola. We used to bundle domain and hosting together, but this changed last December. You can read about our package changes here.
