Browser choice restricted?

I can't seem to get access to my yola site using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (message: Incorrect username or password). The only browser I can use to log in is Internet Explorer. Is this a common problem or do I need to take extra steps to gain access? I sometimes work from a Linux operated laptop which obviously hasn't got Internet Explorer. Any tips are welcome!

Hi Theo,

You can find a list of supported browsers on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

Basically, we support Firefox, IE7 & 8 and Safari.

There have been some issues reported with people who use Linux but you should definitely be able to login. Could you try resetting your password?

1. Click on the "Forgot password?" link near the bottom of the pop-up login box that appears when you click on the "Log In" link in the top right hand corner of the Yola homepage or click on this link.
2. Fill in the email you used to create your account.
3. Click on the "Get verification code" button.
4. Check your email inbox (and the junkmail folder if you don't receive it). An email will be sent to you with a link to click on.
5. This link will take you to a page where you can type in your new password.

You will then be able to log into your account with your original email address and your new password.

Please let us know if you have any further difficulties.

Thanks Marije! That might also explain why IE9 didn't upload my changes properly. I have reset/changed my password and was able to log in with Firefox immediately! Fast Service !!!!!
