Hello Tegawoma,

The best way to do this is to create separate accounts for any site you are creating for someone else, as there is no way to transfer a site from one account to another once it is created. Then once you have completed the site you can turn it over to the client. I hope that helps, if you have more questions please let us know!

Is this still the case?? Yikes! Now I'm thinking that I might be in a bit of a pickle as I have created a fairly elaborate site for a "not for profit" society on my silver account (because I needed to use some of the silver features) before I ran it by the executive for approval. (they didn't want to spend the $$ unless they were satisfied with the end product) Can I really not move it to a separate account now?? I don't want to give out my password to other members to do work on it, as they will also have access to meddling with my personal website.
Thanks.

Hello Tracey,

I can understand your feelings regarding this. Please can you email support@yola.com with all the details of the existing account, the name of the site as well as the new account information. We'll see what can do for you.
