Business e-mail: Has poor delivery, both sendong and reciving (not reached)

E-mail having poor delivery:
Yola please help:
I have been contacting yola support on a couple question and now major issue.
The delivery of E-mail:
I'm very worried that the E-mail delivery on my E-mail address is not efficient, for both receiving and sending e-mails. As again yesterday morning I I send additional questions and received a respone after the (24) hrs , from my experience with yola responses are more frequent. I spoke to one of my clients who I sent a message to last week and they indicated they have not seen any E-mail from me?.

Auto response no e-mail:
Additionally I have been receiving auto response of e-mails not being delivered, in this case there are times where I'm not even sending e-mails. The Audo response also sends non delivered E-mail to unrecognized E-mail addresses

Further more, I spoke to one of my client's that I mentioned earlier about the e-mail she didn't receive, they also checked into their junk mail and verified there was no e-mail that I sent?

Stefan and Yola:

Please note, I really like your product that you provide yola customers and is why I'm a gold member, as you have many support systems of communication, tutorials are great and very effective.

Perhaps I don't look at how busy yola is and I'm not the only one, I do need to be more patient.
