Buying domain Problem

I just went to purchase my domain through Paypal on your site. when I entered the domain I wanted, Yola said it was available, then it took me to paypal and charged me, then cancelled the payment and said that the domain wasn't available?????????? I'm so confused??? Please help!!!!!!!!

Could you send an email to support@yola.com. This will allow you to keep account details etc confidential and possibly be a quicker solution.

Yola will work this out quickly with you.

So now counting 3 times in one day i tried to register a domain yola said was available, paid for it, then Yola cancels my payment and says the domain is not available?????????? Someone PLEASE HELP!!!!

I just signed up. I registered a domain, menluxurywatches.co.uk, but when completing my request, your site said there was an error. Then I login to my account to register the domain again, but it says that the domain is unavailable. I check the whois, it is registered to me. But I can't find it in my domain setting. Please give me back my domain.
