Hello, I am new to the forum and to the site builder. I've used weebly before but not Yola. I work full time as a Microsoft project manager. I don't have a lot of time coding websites so I thought I would use Yola since it's "drag and drop." One question though. My website will C/C#/C++ and other variety's of powerful computer coding. Does Yola allow computer talk on customer's websites?

The question title was a pun by the way.

Hello Mark,
Welcome to Yola!

Can you tell me more about what it is you are wanting to do? It's not possible to upload other computer languages to your site, but you are able to add snippets of HTML or Javascript to your site. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "computer talk on customer's websites". If you can give us a bit more information on what you are trying to do, possibly we can give you some suggestions.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hello,
I don't want to upload any files. Just talk about computers.

Hi Mark

Perhaps you may want to add a forum to your site?

Here are a number of options for you to choose from:

nabble.com is a great forum that is easily embedded onto your page. Visit www.nabble.com, follow the steps to create and customize your forum. Then click on "Embedding Options" at the top of the page and copy the HTML code.
Back on your Yola site, follow these steps:

1. Drag and drop an HTML widget from the sidebar onto your page.
2. Paste the code into the HTML editor that opens.
3. Click on "Ok" and your forum will be added to your page.

We have a post on our forum with more info on nabble.com: Free embeddable forums.

Another option is to use Lefora.

1. Go to Lefora.com and click on "start a forum".
2. Fill out the required information and click on "Start a forum".
3. Go through the steps to create your forum.
4. Then, go back to your site builder, and drag over an HTML widget.
5. Paste the following code:

<iframe src="http://SUPPORT.lefora.com&quot; width="800" Height="600"></iframe>

*replace "SUPPORT" to your forum's short name.

You can also use Widgetbox's specific widget, to do this:
1. Drag and drop a "Widget Box" icon onto your page.
3. Click on the link in the dialog and you will be taken to Widget Box.
4. Browse for a comment box or mini forum, and when you find one you like, click "Get Widget".
5. Copy the code and paste it into the dialog box in Yola.

I hope this answers your question. If not, or if you had something different in mind, please let me know.
