Can somebody please explain to me what this means? "There was a problem with your form.
Sorry, the total for the basket is non-zero, so you cannot exchange a credit for this"

I have upgraded to the Silver Edition 5 days ago. I have gotten this message every time I try to register my domain name.

I've just replied to you on the other thread, but it may be easier to continue working with you to resolve the problem on this thread.

Can you give us the Basket ID so we can check why it is failing?

I am trying to register a domain name. I get this message every time. I just upgraded 4 days ago to the silver addition.
