Can anyone tell me if they are experiencing an issue with uploading the on-line store?

Hello, I completed my site then upgraded to Silver. Now, I would like to utilize the on-line store however after quite a few minutes, nothing!

I have tried to upload a photo and -nothing! Is Yola conducting a maintenance?

Hello Sharon,

Have you specifically subscribed to the Online Store? It is an additional subscription.

Hello, Yes, I did pay for it then tried to use it. Thanks for the follow up!

What I figured out was that Yola does not like Safari. I logged of then back on using Google and it worked like a charm.

Glad you're out of the woods on this. There does appear to be some issues with Safari at the minute. I think Yola are working on these.

Sharon can you just check that your Safari has Adobe Flash enabled?

Please let the forum know if there's anything you want to bounce ideas on, or wish further support on this.
