Can I block unwanted sponsoring on my site?

Now that I've paid for my site to be .org, very often, whenI enter to it, a new window is opened with advertising. I don't know how that advertising came to my page or if Yola accepts this, but if there is a way to remove this unwanted advertising (from which I gain no profit and is bothering for users) I would like to know.

My site is http://www.fanaz.org it's in spanish, and the advertising that usually appears is from "El mundo de inglés de Disney (Disney's English world)" (a Disney-themed kit to learn English).
Thanks!

Hi LordTomas

Yola does not place any adverts or popups on your site, so if you have one it must have come along with some content you copied and pasted to your site.

I tried to look for "El mundo de inglés de Disney" but couldn't find it. Sorry if I am overlooking something obvious. Can you tell me what page of your site it is on?

I am sure I can tell you where the unwanted popup is coming from once I am looking in the right spot.

The pop up is on the home page - you'll need to enable pop ups to even see it -- i had a quick look at the code, nothing obvious, i would guess its from the 'Motigo Webstats counter' - just a guess, I don't have the time to really study it.

I'm not sure the difference between webstats and getclicky mainly because I don't use webstats but I do know that getclicky is a very good traffic analytics and very accurate with incoming traffic. Getclicky doesn't come with any type of adverts and I have been very satisfied with them. If webstats is your problem, consider switching to getclicky. :) Go to my site and on anypage, click the orange badge that says getclicky and sign up. :)

OMG, I love the the speed and acuracy of all your answers! haha
I'll remove my pastweb stats page and use the one Donald recommended. If the problem persists, then I'll see what external things I'm hosting in the page. Thanks to everyone.
BTW, Monique, the advertising pop ups not every time, but it does like once a day for me.
Thank you =D
