Can I cancel my subscription early with refund?

My Bronze subscription ends in a few months, but I would like to cancel now. Can I do this and receive a refund for the remaining months?

You purchased Yola Bronze as an annual subscription. While we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee, we're not able to refund you for the remaining months of a subscription that has been running longer than this time, especially as with the expiry date of 8 January 2014 in your case, the rest of your subscription period is less than a month.

I've disabled auto-renewal for your Yola Bronze subscription, so it will expire on 8 January 2014, and your Yola account will be downgraded to Yola Free. If you change your mind, you will still be able to renew it manually from your My Yola dashboard.

You commented that you were ready for a change. Would you mind sharing with me why you've decided to leave Yola? Do you have any questions or problems that I could try to assist you with? Are you missing features or did your business situation change? We're always keen to improve our product, and sometimes features we actually offer are overlooked by mistake. I'd be very pleased to get your feedback, thank you in advance.
