Can I Downgrade and get a Refund?

I recently renewed my Yola subscription and by mistake, upgraded to "Silver", thinking that was how I got an email address with my website. Only moments after I realized I could have made a much smaller, less expensive upgrade, by only adding an email address to the current plan I had.... the Silver upgrade cost me a lot more money and I won't be using any of it's extra features.... is there anyway I can get a refund a down-grade?

I actually did this the day I messed things up and ordered the Silver plan a few weeks ago, but haven't received a response. I'll try again.

Thank you for providing this information. I was able to look into your Yola account and could see that your account has been downgraded back to Yola Bronze, and that the payment for Yola Silver has been refunded to you.

We also responded to your e-mail to let you know, and I'm sorry you didn't get it. You may want to check your Spam or Junkmail folders.
