Hi, Shannon,

You can add a border to text in a Text Widget by using a bit of HTML code. Here is how it is done:

1. Drag a Text Widget onto the page.
2. Click on the "HTML" button located on the Text Editing Toolbar.
3. Paste in this code:
This is where your text goes

This specific piece of code is set to have a width of 400px, a height of 211px, a border of 2px and a solid red color. You can change the various attributes to make it whatever size, width and color you like.

Sorry Shannon!

Here's the code needed:

<div style="border: 2px solid red; width: 400px; height: 211px;">This is where your text goes</div>

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Hello Shannon,
Please make sure that you are adding the code to your text box using the HTML button. This will embed the code and add the border instead of showing the code on your page.
Cheers!

Hello Shannon,
I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing difficulties with adding a border to your text. I am sharing screenshots of each step for you.

1) Click and drag a text widget to your page. Once there, select the blue HTML tab in the properties bar:

2) The HTML box will prompt open. Paste the given code in the HTML box (be sure to remove the 'this is where your text will go' and add the text you wish to have in the box. Press save:

3) The border will be added to your page:

I hope this provides a good visual for you. Please let us know at which exact step you are facing difficulties. We are eager to resolve this with you.

Kind Regards,
