Hi Casey,

The blog post doesn't accept java script so the tweet like buttons won't work from within a post.

One option is to add the tweet function into your Disqus facility. It has to be added to each Disqus post.

The other option is to submit it to one of the blog syndicators and use their twitter facility.

I'm currently exploring these options trying to find the most direct method for pinging a new post to various locations.

Maybe I am being confusing and not clear. My blog is about marketing free blogs on yola which includes a blog directory of all the blogs hosted by yola in different niche categories. So it would be perfectly acceptable. I hope to be more clear in the future.

Peter could you get a translator on your site so that it could be put into other languages. I know I have seen a google translator on other sites?

Yes. There's one on there already casey. I'll check again to see if I have removed it or whatever. The translator for Thai is not so good as the formal language is rarely used for this type of communication You will see :)

An appropriate category would be Education {การศึกษา} (Sub-cat: Professional Development)

Casey,

A couple of days ago you asked for a button for your blogger site. I found an online generator and produced these two.

If you don't like them I'm not offended :)

Hi All,

Just wanted to add this link here for everyone who didn't know about it. I heard Peter say something in a post ^^^there about looking for a way to 'ping a new post to various locations.' Well ping-o-matic is a service to update different search engines that your blog has updated. I just thought this could be useful!

Hello eagle eyes,
If you would like to make a post within your blog, using the #, I think Peter's response covered that. I am posting it here, for reference: "The blog post doesn't accept java script so the tweet like buttons won't work from within a post. One option is to add the tweet function into your Disqus facility. It has to be added to each Disqus post. The other option is to submit it to one of the blog syndicators and use their twitter facility."

Another option you could try is adding a Twitter button to your site. You can learn more about this here: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article....

I hope this answers your question.
